Apprenticeship Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have a High-School diploma or GED
- Must provide a official copy of your transcripts
- Must Pass a 10 panel drug screen
- Military applicants provide a copy of your DD214
- Must Provide 3 reference letters or use the form provided below (You cannot use a relative as a reference)
Apprenticeship Application Instructions
- Read all the information before submitting (Minimum requirements are listed on the home page)
- Read and agree to the consent forms and pipe trades form in the Apprenticeship application
- Fill out the Required Fields
- Upload your reference letters (PDF reference forms above) (You cannot use a relative)
- Upload a copy of your High-School diploma or GED equivalent
- Upload a official copy of your transcripts (May be mailed or emailed from your school system)
- Upload a copy of your drivers license
- Upload a copy of your DD214 if you are military
- Consent to a 10 panel drug screen
- Applications are processed in the order they are received and must be complete with all the required documents
